I have a couple more spots left for my Rooted & Rising Reiki Level 1 Certification class that’s coming up THIS Sunday!

I am incredibly honored to be holding this space for YOU to truly come back home to yourself.

Rooted & Rising was created with you in mind. It is a space to recognize yourself as you step more into a deeper connection with yourself, with Reiki as a support. What makes this class different is that the main focus is YOU.

It is the relationship you have with yourself and getting clearer on how you want to feel going forward. Coming into your own awareness of your physical, emotional, mental, & energetic self AND simply becoming curious to notice what is already there.

We can become so disconnected from ourselves and are taught to look ‘elsewhere’ instead of looking within. This, in turn, creates a disconnection between ourselves and our truth, our wisdom, inner power, and intuition. This stops us from trusting & believing in ourselves so we turn to ‘other things’ for the attention we seek.

This class redirects that focus towards ourselves as we learn how to embrace all those parts within us.

In this in-person training, you’ll:
✨ Slow down & reconnect with yourself
✨ Explore your energy & intuition
✨ Experience what it feels like to receive Reiki
✨ Learn to recognize & trust your inner knowing
✨ Develop a personal self-Reiki practice
✨ Receive your Level 1 Reiki attunement & certification
✨ Discover how Reiki can become a practice of coming home to yourself
✨ Leave feeling more connected, grounded, & empowered in yourself

When: October 11, 20206
Time: 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
Where: Shear Karma
2810 Pio Pico Dr, Carlsbad, CA
Investment: $350

It’s time to step into your frequency.

Every person carries a unique energetic blueprint — a frequency that guides them toward deeper alignment, authentic expression, and the path they are here to walk.

Through experiences, challenges, and seasons of life, we can become disconnected from this inner knowing.

Stepping Into Your Frequency is an invitation to return inward — to listen, feel, release, and reconnect with the wisdom already within you.

Guided meditation, reflection, and sound healing with Sharla Fagan and Chrystal Higgins.

I have 3 events coming up next month that I’m excited to share with you.

As some of you may know, I’ve gotten back into doing sound baths and couldn’t be more ecstatic about it!

(Insert happy dance here 😜)

I’m collaborating with my beautiful friend Sharla Fagan for Stepping Into Your Frequency happening on Sept 3rd & 24th. There will be a guided meditation, reflection, and a lovely sound bath to support you in remembering your authentic and magical self so you can move forward with more clarity and embodiment.

And then on Sept 12th, I’ll be joining another beautiful friend of mine, Rachael (Rackael) Cohen, as we dive into the Virgo New Moon and dance our way through intention setting, sisterhood, creating a manifesting jar, dancing, and then cozying up for a wonderful sound bath.

All of these events will be at SHEAR KARMA® in Carlsbad.

More details to come but wanted to put it in your mind of what’s happening next month as I step more into this beautiful world of Sound 😍

So mark your calendars and join us for a few intentional evenings of sound & connection!

Random thought I came across yesterday.... “Do you think people prefer a ‘normal’ massage over an intuitive one?”

I mean... in your everyday massage, you can choose to talk or not while you’re receiving it.

However, in my Intuitive Massages, I’m not only giving you a massage AND a Reiki energy healing... I’m also tapping into the body and receiving messages that gently invite in a level of consciousness, awareness, and observation for you.

So, at these moments during the massage, I will start talking to you about what’s coming up and where I feel YOUR energy needs to shift, release, or simply become aware of.

I am energetically communicating with your body on an emotional and mental level. And half the time, your body wants YOU to know something that can assist you going forward.

So when I begin questioning myself and my unique approach....

The answer becomes very loud and reminds me that I am for those ready for this next level of ‘healing’, if you will.

Or rather... I am for those who want to step away from the traditional massage setting and dive in a little bit deeper as we explore what your body wants you to know.

What I’m learning is that there really is NO competition here. You can have both - a traditional massage where you can be the one to choose if you want to chat or not while receiving...

AND...

You can also receive an intuitive massage from me, where we can dive a bit deeper into what is happening in the body, instead of only addressing muscle tension.

So here’s your invitation if you’d love to try out (or return to) an Intuitive Massage.

Follow the link in my Bio to book your next massage and I’ll see your beautiful face at Shear Karma!

When a massage therapist needs a massage therapist…. but no one is around… the struggle is real 🤣

I may wait a little longer than I should between receiving massages BUT I am learning how important self care is!

It is NOT selfish to treat yourself because you are legitimately filling up your own cup!

You are saying YES to yourself on so many levels (especially if you’re getting onto my table)!

It really is a small pause in your day that will make a HUGE impact on your physical, emotional, mental, and energetic body.

No more ignoring yourself - let’s support you in fully receiving what you need to keep going.

Book an Intuitive Massage using the link in my Bio and I will see you soon, Beautiful 💕

Healing isn’t linear and shouldn’t be compared to anyone else’s healing journey.

This is YOUR body and yours alone.

This is YOUR space and yours alone.

The moment you get onto my table, this whole session becomes all about You.

Your body holds more than just tension. It holds so many emotions and stories within it - within your muscles, within your nervous system, and within your cells.

I bring the kind of healing that taps into the body to help move, shift, and release these emotions and stories in addition to massage and energy work.

I don’t feel tense muscles in the back and shoulders… I feel the armor you had to place to survive where you’ve been in your emotional, mental, and energetic life journey.

When I say this space is all about you… I don’t take it lightly. These Intutive Massages sessions meet you exactly where you are and YOUR body is the one that leads the session, not me.

So if you’re wondering what you might be holding, book a session and we’ll find out together.

I read something today that said “If you had the opportunity to talk to yourself 10 years ago and only had 60 seconds to talk… what would you say?”

I would tell Me,

Follow your heart and what is so uniquely true in your soul. You can feel it - learn to trust it.

You are stronger than you know and you can do the big scary things… as long as it aligns to who YOU are.

Release everyone else’s expectations of you and know you are meant for more.

Follow the breadcrumbs and remember you are more than enough just as you are!

I love you 💕

For every moment you pause, you GIFT yourself a moment of presence.

A moment to breathe. A moment to soften. A moment to come home... A moment to REMEMBER you.

Because sometimes the most powerful shifts begin in the smallest of moments. The moments when you choose YOU 💕

If your soul is craving a moment to pause... to breathe... and to remember yourself, I’d love to hold that space for you.

Each Reiki-infused Intuitive Massage is a unique experience, guided by your body’s wisdom and my intuition.

Rather than following a routine, I follow your body. I listen deeply - to your body, your energy, and the intuitive messages that arise throughout our time together - allowing each session to unfold exactly as it’s meant to.

Every session is different because every person, every body, and every season of life is unique.

And it would be an honor to support you on your journey back to yourself.
