One of the conditions I love treating most is anxiety and nervous system dysregulation.

The word “anxiety” sounds simple, but it can show up in so many different ways: racing thoughts, muscle tension, digestive issues, trouble sleeping, overwhelm, irritability, fatigue, or simply feeling like you’re always “on.”

What I love about this work is that every treatment is individualized. Together, we listen to what your body is telling us and create a space where healing can begin.

When someone walks into my treatment room feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or disconnected from themselves, I smile—not because they’re struggling, but because I know there are tools that can help.

Acupuncture, breathwork, and nervous system support can be powerful ways to help the body remember what calm feels like.
