How many more people do you have to watch fail by fighting harder inside the same system?

We see people making it to the Supreme Court after years of endless battles just to learn the court protects itself.

We see the court inverting laws and favoring one side- yet we still think the next time will be different.

Only to be crushed again.

You can’t heal the cause by chasing the effect.

The cause is the root.
The court battle is the effect.

Fighting at the level of the battle is like trimming a leaf off the w**d.
When you get it by the root it cant grow back- and it doesnt even exist anymore.

Court may be the visible battle.

But underneath it can be subconscious patterns, generational entanglements, inherited family dynamics, trauma, and nervous-system patterns keeping the entire family caught in the same web.

And if you only fight the surface without addressing what keeps pulling you back into it, you can spend years exhausted and still feel stuck- because you never dismantled the web.

That’s why I created ChainBreaker.

4 hours of healing.
100+ topics.
ChainBreaker + Restoration.
Only $97.

Start with the root work first.

Then, if there’s something specific we need to fine-tune individually, we can.

When you heal the root cause- the effect changes. You can grow a flower instead of a w**d.

Then you can decide if you need to go to court to win- or if life just changes around you in a different way.

Heal the root first- then take action.

What if court is the effect… and not the cause?

Because think about it.

The root cause is that your child’s other parent is not... acting wisely.

And if that’s the root cause- them acting foolishly- going to court does not heal them into becoming a wise person.

You can spend years fighting the effect inside a system we all know is rigged, corrupt, and incentivized to keep conflict going.

But that just leaves you exhausted, depleted, and burnt out.

And none of that heals the cause. And none of it may ever bring the court nightmare to end.

We already saw people go to the tops of courts with proof of fraud- to find out judicial immunity is honored even when they are committing crimes against humanity.

Years to take it to the highest court- for the court to protect itself and not justice.

And at some point, we have to ask:

Why are we still pouring all of our energy into the effect while leaving the root untouched?

So what can you actually change?

You act like a shaman.

You take radical responsibility for everything that shows up in your life.

You look at your ex like they are showing you a piece of your own shadow.

And instead of spending all of your energy trying to force the outside world to change first, you heal the part of the shadow that is still participating in this pattern.

Because once you heal the root cause, you are no longer standing on the same trajectory.

Now there is a different cause.

A healed cause.

A harmonious cause.

And the world has something different to mirror back to you.

And if you still want to go to court after that, go to court.

But heal the cause first.

Because when the cause changes, the effect can change too.

Which means you may even walk back into the exact same courtroom and get a completely different result because you are no longer bringing the same pattern into it.

That is why I created ChainBreaker.

To help you stop endlessly chasing effects and start working with the subconscious, generational, emotional, and energetic roots underneath what keeps repeating.

And once you understand how to do that, we can work on the other layers too.

Maybe the question was never:

“How do I fight harder at the level of the effect?”

Maybe the question is:

“What is the root cause that keeps creating this reality—and what happens when I finally heal it?”

Heal the cause.

Then see what effect comes back.

Just a reminder: ChainBreaker is a resource for you.

Something came up on last night’s call with Francesca that I want to expand on, because I think it’s really important. I’m keeping the details anonymous because this isn’t about any one person. It’s about understanding how deeply these family dynamics actually go.

One situation involved a grandmother who currently has custody of a child. The child has become emotionally entangled with the grandmother, who has communicated things like, “Everyone always leaves me.” So now the child is carrying responsibility for the grandmother’s feelings and is afraid that returning to Mom will break Grandma’s heart.

That is a family-system entanglement.

Grandmother needs to be in the position of grandmother in the family line. She already had her opportunity to mother her own children. It is the mother’s turn to mother her child.

And sometimes we have to look even deeper: What happened in the generation before this? What happened that contributed to her own child becoming abusive in his adult relationships? What has been repeating through this family line?

This is why I keep telling you guys that the court conflict you can physically see is often an expression of something much deeper happening in the family system.

Heal the root.

That’s what family constellation work is designed to help us explore.

Another thing that came up was teaching children executive-functioning skills and ways to manage their emotions. And YES. Absolutely. Kids need coping skills. When somebody is living through extreme stress, they need tools that help them function.

But coping cannot be the end of the healing.

If a child is experiencing trauma, teaching them how to intellectually understand it or regulate their behavior does not automatically resolve what their nervous system is carrying. Intellectualization is a coping strategy. It has value. Ego strength has value. Executive functioning has value.

And then we go deeper.

We help the body release what it has been carrying. We work with the subconscious patterns. We look at the family line. We work with the emotional and spiritual dimensions of the wound. Because unresolved trauma can continue showing up in relationships, behavior, nervous-system responses, and physical well-being long after the original event.

This is why I keep telling you guys: start with ChainBreaker.

ChainBreaker goes deep. We work with subconscious healing, family constellation principles, prayer, the ministry and teachings of Jesus, archangel healing, higher-self work, ancient spiritual wisdom, and releasing what has been held in the body and family system.

And especially for those of you going through family-court situations: your healing matters there too.

The more regulated, grounded, clear and resilient you become, the better able you are to advocate for yourself, think clearly under pressure, show up powerfully, and keep going when the system is exhausting you.

We are not just trying to survive what happened.

We are breaking the pattern so it stops here.

Sometimes what looks like a “mental health crisis” is actually a trauma response to abuse, fear, coercion, or prolonged duress.

Without the context of someone’s life story, urgency, hypervigilance, and emotional distress can look like instability.

Before labeling someone, ask: What happened to them?

Even when mental health is involved, trauma, childhood experiences, generational patterns, loss, and environment all matter.

Be kind. Get curious before you judge.

And the biggest thing we can do as a humanitarian challenge- stay patient and compassionate and withhold judgment.

As a NJ raised woman- I vote NJ as first to fail the challenge 🤣 But maybe Italy would first. What do you think? And who naturally has the most patience?

Soulful Sunday: For the Seekers ✨

Many of you connected to me are, at our core, seekers.

And seekers look for wisdom everywhere.

We don’t have to believe that truth belongs to one religion, one philosophy, one teacher, or one culture.

We can become curious about the places where teachings from very different parts of the world seem to point toward something remarkably similar.

So today, I want to look at a few ideas within Christianity through that wider lens.

In the Bible, Jesus says:

“The kingdom of God is within you.” — Luke 17:21

And in the Lord’s Prayer:

“Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.” — Matthew 6:10

Think about those two ideas together for a moment.

If the Kingdom is within us, and we are also being called to bring heaven to Earth, perhaps heaven isn’t only a destination somewhere far away.

Perhaps it is also a state we are learning to embody here.

Which brings us directly into the work of healing.

Because what keeps us from experiencing peace?

What keeps us from love?

What keeps us from compassion, connection, freedom, joy, presence, and a sense of the sacred?

Very often, it’s what is happening inside of us.

Our wounds.

Our conditioning.

Our fear.

Our shame.

Our anger.

Our unconscious beliefs.

Our inherited patterns.

The pieces of ourselves we haven’t wanted to look at.

And the biggest change agent I discovered on my seeking path- the unhealed ancestral trauma.

Our ancestors are a source of resiliency and gifts- but healing the unhealed trauma they disn't have the time or skills to address is a game changer.

Ancestral inheritance and the kingdom of heaven is within- isn’t unique to Christianity.

In Sikh teachings, for example, there is powerful attention given to the forces within the human being that create suffering. Gurbani describes the “five thieves”—lust, anger, greed, attachment, and ego—as dwelling within us. (Sri Granth)

In modern psychological language, we might talk about shadow work: becoming conscious of the aspects of ourselves we have rejected, denied, projected onto others, or pushed outside of our awareness.

And Taoist traditions have their own long history of self-cultivation—turning our attention toward the transformation of the heart-mind and learning to live in greater harmony with the Tao rather than continually fighting against ourselves and the natural movement of life. (Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy)

I love the metaphor of the inner demons here.

We can spend an enormous amount of our lives fighting demons we believe exist somewhere outside of us.

The person who triggers us.

The parent who wounded us.

The relationship that failed us.

The system that hurt us.

The circumstance that refuses to change.

But eventually the seeker begins asking a different question:

What is this "inner demon" inside of me?

When we recognize that some of the demons we are fighting are our own, that realization is extraordinarily empowering.

Because if it’s mine, I can work with it.

If it’s my wound, I can heal it.

If it’s my belief, I can question it.

If it’s my pattern, I can interrupt it.

If it’s my shadow, I can bring it into the light.

If it’s my anger, grief, fear, attachment, or conditioning, I can develop a new relationship with it.

And suddenly I am no longer waiting for the entire outside world to change before I can experience peace.

I have somewhere to begin.

For those of you that have experienced Christian ministry- you know when the prayer breaks the stronghold or generational curse like poverty- you feel it inside of you- and then your world changes.

It is the same when someone goes to a shaman and needs help with an outside "worldly" problem. The client feels the healing inside of them- then their world changes.

Or someone joins a sacred ceremony of ayahuasca. Mother Aya shows the person the outside world is a reflection of what they are carrying- and she helps them heal the pattern. And then their world changes.

Maybe this is one of the great truths the world’s wisdom traditions keep pointing us toward in different languages:

The journey inward changes the journey outward.

And perhaps bringing heaven to Earth begins with creating a little more heaven within ourselves.

This is so much of what we explore inside the Human Potential | Ascension Lab—healing the unconscious patterns, inherited wounds, protective strategies, and pieces of the shadow that keep us from accessing more of who we already are.

Because the deeper we are willing to go within ourselves, the less power the unconscious has over our lives.

And that is where possibility opens.

If this reflection is stirring something in you, there are a few ways to go deeper.

Reminder: This Thursday, we have our free healing workshop inside the Human Potential | Ascension Lab. If you’ve been wanting to experience the work rather than just read about it, come join us.

Did you ever ask God why He let them take your children?

We got the answer in one of our free global healings.

Watch the video to find out what it is.

And you can join us in the Human Potential Ascension Lab for resources- several of them free and the free monthly healing:

https://www.skool.com/human-potential-ascension-lab-5836/about?ref=e602bb89a09e452ea610471170083f0c

We also did a healing asking the number one thing we can do- to support our children coming home. We were open to everything: lawsuits, the best phone call, media, protests, going to the UN.

and what we saw is to heal the generational trauma/ the generational curses.

ascensionpsychology.com/chainbreaker addresses over 100 topics, 15+ from current trauma and over 85 that are generational trauma that co-created this mess.

There is a kind of collective trance around forced family separation.

People hear the words “custody loss” and often assume there must be a simple explanation—that the system must be right, that the parent must have done something wrong, or that they should simply move on.

But the psychological pain of losing access to your child is real, profound, and often invisible.

Research has found that mothers whose children were taken into government care experienced extremely serious mental-health consequences. This does not minimize the heartbreak of any other kind of loss. It asks us to finally recognize the magnitude of this one.

When a parent is separated from a child they love, the relationship is still alive. The love is still alive. But the parent may be expected to keep functioning while living with grief, uncertainty, judgment, financial pressure, and the constant pain of not knowing when—or whether—the relationship will be restored.

Parents deserve support.

Children deserve support.

Families deserve compassion instead of automatic judgment.

You are not weak because this has affected you deeply. You are having a human response to the loss of someone you love while often being expected to function as though nothing has happened.

I see the seriousness of what families are carrying.

There are complimentary resources, healing practices, and a supportive community available inside the Human Potential | Ascension Lab for anyone who needs a place to begin.

You do not have to carry this alone.
