We all start somewhere.
For some, the victory is running their first mile.
For others, it’s simply walking through the doors after months or years of putting themselves last.
Some are training for races.
Some are rebuilding after injury.
Some are finding strength after becoming a parent.
Some are fighting battles no one else can see.
Your fitness journey isn’t supposed to look like anyone else’s.
The only comparison that matters is who you were yesterday.
Celebrate the person who just lifted five pounds for the first time the same way you celebrate the person deadlifting 200. Cheer for the member who modified every exercise today because they showed up anyway. Applaud the person who smiled for the first time in weeks because movement gave them hope.
Progress isn’t measured by the number on the scale or the amount of weight on the bar.
It’s measured in confidence.
In consistency.
In courage.
In choosing yourself again and again.
So if you’re feeling behind, remember this:
Someone else is looking at your journey and wondering if they’ll ever be as brave as you were the day you decided to start.
Keep going. Your story is still being written. 💙🔥
