Just a reminder that Odebolt Family Health Center will be closed Thursday and Friday next week due to moving our youngest daughter to college.

Joey will be checking messages mid afternoon on Thursday, August 13th. We will not be checking messages until late on Friday, August 14th.

Just a reminder to our patients. Please make sure that we have your current insurance card. We will verify insurance eligibility the day of your appointment. If it does not pass eligibility, you will be asked to provide us with valid insurance. If you cannot, we will need to pay the private pay rate until you are able to give us a valid insurance card to copy. If you have more than one insurance, please make sure that you let us know which is primary so the claim can be billed correctly. Thank you for allowing us to provide your health care needs. We appreciate you!
