Breastfeeding is a natural process that carefully interconnects hormones, physiological responses, instincts, all in one cycle and when we try to intervene to try to make it convenient or comfortable, we usually mess up one of those.
We try to make convenient and comfortable a process that is never designed to be those things. And sometimes we have to accept it for what it is instead of trying to change it.

Iâve seen breastfeeding thrive when mothers understand and surrender the need for control. We canât control babyâs behavior, is wired to survive. Night wakings? Survive. Feeding constantly? Survive. Growth spurts ? Survive
Understanding that health, growth, feeding, behavior is all connected will help us surrender the need to control feeding.
