In case you didn't know... it is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE to worry or be anxious at the exact same time you are giving thanks and being grateful 🤯

Like IMPOSSIBLE.. like the 2 parts of your brain are not CAPABLE of doing both of those things at the same time 😱😱😱

Its like God meant what he said in
1 thesalonians 5:18 when he said
"In EVERYTHING give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you"

Its not the big ideas or the big decisions...its the day to day habits, and choices that will ruin someone's life 💯💥

Stay focused. Take a few minutes to sit down and REALLY think about your life and what you want it to be.

Then make sure EVERY decision you make lines up with that.

Stop living every moment/day for instant gratification and what feels good right now, stay focused on your goals/future and remain disciplined ‼️

The only thing stopping you from building the life you truly deserve...is YOU 💪
