This week is 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸, and it has me thinking about something that really matters to me: 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲.

Salesforce reports that 80% of customers say the experience a company provides is as important as its products and services.

So, when a customer comes to Cryo Relief, I spend time during our consultation getting to know them and asking questions such as:

🔹 Who are they trying to serve?
🔹 What services do they already offer?
🔹 How much space do they have?
🔹 Will the equipment be staff-operated or self-service?
🔹 Are they building one signature service or a complete recovery experience?

Often, that consultation leads to a tour of our facility, where I can show them our technologies and discuss the different product options available.

Building that relationship helps me recommend equipment that makes sense for their clients, facility, and long-term business goals.

Light therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all.

The order changes how the body responds to the transition between heat and cold.

1️⃣ INFRARED SAUNA → CRYOTHERAPY
