There is something especially beautiful about gathering in sacred space in preparation for tonight’s Full Blue Moon.

This afternoon, I had the honor of leading this wonderful group through a sound bathing journey of rest, reflection, and renewal. As the vibrations of the crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, and healing instruments filled the room, we were invited to slow down, breathe deeply, and simply be present.

The Blue Moon reminds us of the power of release, reflection, and new possibilities. It encourages us to let go of what no longer serves us and create space for what is meant to come next.

My heart is full of gratitude for each person who joined me today. Thank you for trusting me to hold space, for showing up with open hearts, and for sharing in this beautiful experience together.

As the Full Blue Moon rises tonight, may you carry forward the peace, clarity, and calm that was cultivated this afternoon. 🌕✨🙏

What a beautiful day of connection, healing, and community.

This afternoon I had the honor of leading a sound bathing session for this incredible group of women, following a wonderful morning session with five amazing participants. Every gathering is a reminder that when we intentionally slow down, breathe, and create space for ourselves, something powerful happens.

Grateful for everyone who trusted the process, showed up for themselves, and shared their energy in this sacred space. Watching people relax, reflect, and reconnect with themselves never gets old.

My heart is full this evening. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your wellness journey.

What is sound healing/bathing with Erik like?

A sound healing session is designed to be calming, grounding, and deeply restorative — part meditation, part energetic reset, and part intentional self-care experience. Using instruments such as rose quartz crystal bowls, chimes, drums, gong, and wave instruments, participants are gently guided into a relaxed and reflective state.

Many people describe the experience as:• Deeply calming and peaceful• A release from stress and mental noise• A chance to reconnect with themselves• Supportive to wellness, healing, and sobriety journeys• A beautiful pause from the busyness of life

Sessions may also include intention setting, breathwork, journaling, tea, and moments of quiet reflection in a warm and welcoming environment.

The last two days have been absolutely amazing. Three different sound healing sessions, shared with 15 beautiful souls, each gathering filled with connection, healing, reflection, and peace. I leave this weekend feeling deeply grateful and humbled to be trusted to hold space for others on their wellness journeys.

Sometimes I think back to The Bridge Health and in Utah and the path that brought me there. My own healing and wellness journey has changed my life in so many ways. What started as a personal journey of growth, healing, and self discovery has now become something I can share with others through sound, energy, presence, and community. For that, I am incredibly thankful.

One of the greatest blessings has been creating the sacred space of my studio, a warm and comfortable place where people can gather, slow down, breathe deeply, share openly, heal gently, and simply be themselves. Watching people walk in carrying stress and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected fills my heart every single time.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me to be part of your healing journey. I never take that lightly. So much love, gratitude, peace, and respect for this path and for the beautiful people it continues to bring into my life. ✨🤍🎶
