Going to an art exhibit can be an adventure in wellness.

The Eccles Art Center “Art in Red” competition was a fun example of this.

Every piece was designed around the theme of red.

Viewing the pieces was a great exercise in mindfulness.

Each piece was an opportunity to notice, while also reflecting on the sensations that the whole theme was bringing up.
