Begin our journey with 20 minutes of gentle Qigong movements. Next, we will share our intentions for the new moon cycle and summer. Reiki experience starts with a guided meditation and soothing music. Comfortably lie down on a yoga mat or in a chair as the healing energy, guided by its own intelligence, flows through and around you for approximately 40 minutes.
The intention for the circle is to align with the New moon and open your heart to clarity, healing and new beginning. 🙏❤️

Happy Blue moon, dear friends!
May has been an eventful and busy month for many. Has it been for you? Tomorrow we will have a rare second full moon in the same month, and that's why it is called Blue moon.
At this moment, we are moving within the energetic vortex between spring and summer. All of life is reaching upward in growth, information flows like the wind, and thoughts move with the speed of light.
Deep within the Earth, a stable creative force is supporting and uplifting us, while the air is infused with a light, open frequency. This energetic atmosphere creates fertile ground for the expansion of consciousness and the renewal of self-expression.
The energetic gateways of mid-to-late May have been quietly preparing the way for this moment. From a period of inward grounding and integration to a phase of outward flow and dynamic expression, everything has been transitioning naturally, forming an energetic backdrop in which old patterns are rapidly dissolving and new levels of awareness are gradually emerging.
At this moment, the spiritual light from higher dimensions and the open, interconnected consciousness of the earthly plane are coming together in an elegant resonance. The former offers intuition and insight; the latter provides the bridge through which understanding can be transformed into meaningful expression.

I will be hosting a Zoom healing circle in two weeks on June 14th (Sunday) from 7:30pm to 9pm. We will start with a 15-minutes gentle movement, follow up with Q&A for any healing related questions. Today is a day of special energy—a day of renewal.

The repeated appearance of the number 4 in today’s date brings a unique energetic quality: “stability” and “rebirth” happening at the same time. This creates a profound inner tension.

On one hand, there is a force that longs for stability—for possession, for tangible and sensory happiness. It wants life to feel secure in your hands, for loved ones to stay, and for what you’ve worked hard to build to last.

On the other hand, a deeper force is driving a transformation of the collective consciousness. It emerges irresistibly, bringing buried and unacknowledged issues to the surface—questions about truth, control, and what is truly worth keeping.

When these two energies meet today, it may not feel comfortable, but it carries immense potential for transformation.

You may begin to notice that parts of your life you thought were “solid” are starting to loosen—whether in relationships, financial structures, or your sense of self-worth.
Themes of control and being controlled may surface: Who is in control? Who is compromising? Have you sacrificed your uniqueness in exchange for a sense of security?

Deep attachments are illuminated. Your fixation on a person, a job, or a way of life—does it come from genuine love, or from a fear of change?

One voice says: “I don’t want to lose this. It’s mine.”
Another responds: “If this no longer reflects your soul’s truth, then losing it is the beginning of rebirth.”

This process is not here to take away your sense of security, but to help you discern: which foundations are true to your soul, and which are merely shells built from fear. Clinging tightly comes from fear of loss; true grounding comes from trusting that you can hold and grow into something new.

The heart of the Earth is beating with the gentlest frequency, inviting us to return to the healing resonance of being in sync with Mother Earth. This is an important opportunity for heart chakra healing, as well as an expansion of consciousness that transcends dualistic opposition.

Compassion is far more than sympathy or pity. It is the way Mother Earth nurtures all beings: a perspective that transcends judgment, and the ability to see the divine order behind all things.

When judgment arises, pause for a moment, and choose to view things from a broader perspective. Imagine how Gaia would perceive everything on this land.

Gaia never selects which flower deserves to bloom more, or which tree deserves to grow more; she unconditionally embraces and holds all things.

When we connect with Gaia, we are no longer isolated, but become a conscious part of the web of life.
