At Wild Qi, we view muscle as medicine.

For women, building muscle is one of the most effective ways to support metabolic health, insulin sensitivity, hormonal balance, bone density, mobility, and healthy aging.

But building strength doesn’t mean pushing harder and harder.

That’s why we created The Fire Membership: a balance of Yang — the fire to build strength, resilience, and vitality — with Yin — the rest, recovery, and nourishment required to sustain it.

What does that look like?

🔥 Unlimited fitness classes
🔥 Personal training
🔥 Sauna & cold plunge
🔥 Infrared light therapy
🔥 Herbal foot baths
🔥 A supportive community dedicated to long-term health

Because true wellness isn’t just about training harder — it’s about building a body that remains strong, resilient, and capable for decades to come.

SKIN HERBS 🪞 Our skin mirrors what’s happening inside our body.

When our liver is overwhelmed by toxins or excess hormones, for example, our skin steps in to help eliminate the waste. This can show up as breakouts, especially along the jawline. To truly clear our complexion, we must support our body from within.

While herbal infusions cannot replace the value of sleep and good rest on our biological health, they can support bringing the body back into balance.

Do you notice a difference in your skin when you’re staying nourished and hydrated? 👇

Did you know your ear is almost a tiny map of your body? In Chinese Medicine, the ear can be viewed as a “microsystem”, and there’s a theory that it tracks the shape of an inverted fetus.

Think of it like this:

👉 The Lobe: Your head and face.
👉 The Inner Ridge: Your spine and torso.
👉 The Hollow Center: Your internal organs.
👉 The Top: Your legs and feet.

By stimulating specific points with acupuncture needles, ear seeds, or even massage, we can send signals to the body to support everything from chronic pain to stress and gut health.

Two points everyone should know:

1️⃣ Shen Men (Spirit Gate): The ultimate “chill out” point for stress and anxiety.

2️⃣ Point Zero: The “reset button” to bring your body back into balance.

Have you ever tried working with these points on the ear?
