Ill be back at Washington County Senior Services Wednesday June 3rd at 9:30am. If you are over 60 please join us. This class is for any ability. You can stay seated or stand in some of the movements. You get to choose what your body wants to do.

Next Saturday, May 9th, I'm going to hold an online class for the motherless. Whatever motherless means to you. It could be your mom is no longer here, it could mean you have a complicated relationship, it could mean you are not a mom not by choice or by choice, it could mean all your children have left the nest and it could just mean you need space held for you around the word mother. We will move slow and with intention. Find a nice quiet space in your home or outside for an hour for yourself to move your body, use your voice for mantra, and be still in meditation. I'll be posting the link soon.

I am so sorry I have had to cancel 2 classes this week. I've been sick 😭😭😭 I'm starting to feel better, thank goodness. Next week should be back to normal and look for a special online class I'll be hosting next Saturday for the motherless ❤️
