After a long hiatus, I'll be teaching this Saturday, June 8th at 9am at Premia Fitness Okeechobee. Drop in is $10 dollars, members practice for free.

I thought 2024 would be the year of changes but I wasn't sure what type of changes that meant for me.

As of right now, I'm going to be taking some time off of teaching regularly for the unforeseeable future.

I will still be teaching Chair Yoga once a month at the library and 2x a month at Premia Fitness on Saturdays at 8:30am but as far as my normal weekly classes, I won't be teaching for the time being.

I promise I'll be back but right now, I just need some time to focus on me.

Schedule updates for the week:

No Sunrise Yoga or Evening Yoga this week **

FREE Chair Yoga class at the Okee Co Library at 10:30am Saturday.

I've been battling with an intense case of insomnia (I've tried all kinds of stuff) and it's left me not feeling 100% and after working so much last week, I'm doing what my body needs and taking this week to rest. I'm hoping to get my sleep schedule back on track & be refreshed by next week, just gotta have a day off first LOL (come on Sunday).

As far as evening classes go I've had some ongoing issues that I'm hoping to get cleared up soon. I apologize for the delay.

I had one of my students tell me last night that I need to make sure I'm practicing what I preach and making time to recoup. I want to apologize to my Sunrise yogis for canceling this week & I assure you I'll be trying my best to not do it in the future unless of an emergency. I should've known better than to try & teach during my Fair week.

With all that being said, I WILL BE TEACHING TOMORROW MORNING (Saturday) at 8:30am at Premia Fitness. $10 dollars to drop in and members get the class free.

Bring any yoga props you have + a knee blanket.

Saturday - AM Yoga Flow at Premia Fitness 8:30am

All classes are $10 dollars to drop in. My Silver Palm classes are for residents only.

I know we're all anxious to get back to meeting at night but unfortunately, there's a few loose ends I need to tie up before we can get back to Tuesday & Thursday evenings. Plus next week I'll be back out at the fair so it's safe to say for now, evenings won't start up till 3/19. WITH THAT BEING SAID, I'm considering doing a FB live class tomorrow if anyone is interested let me know.

You can still come practice with me in the am at OXA (Cedar Plaza) at 7:30am on Tuesdays & Thursdays. My Silver Palms class is for residents only.

For the month of March, I'll also be teaching at Premia Fitness Saturday March 16th & 30th at 8:30am.

My FREE monthly Chair Yoga class at the library will be on Saturday, March 23rd at 10:30am.

I know y'all are anxious to get back to classes & I'm looking forward to having classes again UNFORTUNATELY, life has been throwing some lemons my way & it's insanely difficult to maneuver through.

Evening classes will resume on Tuesday, March 5th at IRSC in classroom C-115.

Morning classes will resume on Tuesday, February 27th at OXA in the Cedar Plaza (two doors down from the old location) at 7:30am.

Both classes are $10 dollars to drop in. If you have a membership (class pack) it will count as one of those classes.

I will be teaching at Premia Fitness on Saturdays at 8:30am in March as well, just unsure of the exact days. Will keep you posted.

Next Chair Yoga class will be 3/23 at the Okee County Library, this class is free and beginner friendly.
