Complaining to yourself or others does not change your circumstances, instead it fuela bitterness which spreads to all those around you.

Prayer acknowledges the realities of the moment. It confesses our inability to change what is not under our control, and brings it to the one in control; who has the power to intervene. Prayer nourishes the soul and reminds us of God's existence and presence. Prayer aligns our hearts with God.
