Can we normalize this?

You can be doing all the “right” things and still suddenly feel like your body changed the rules.

Sleep is different.
Weight moves to places it never used to.
Skin changes.
Muscle is harder to maintain.
And your tolerance for nonsense may be at an all-time low. 😂

Welcome to midlife.

It doesn't mean every symptom needs a prescription, a supplement or a 27-step wellness routine.

One thing I wish more women over 40 were told:

Stop focusing only on the number on the scale.

Muscle matters. A LOT.

It helps with metabolism, blood sugar, strength, bone health and how we age.

Especially if you're losing weight with a GLP-1, protecting your muscle needs to be part of the plan.

You don't need a complicated routine.

Protein. Strength training. Walking. Repeat.

Boring? Maybe.

Effective? Absolutely.

I think the best aesthetic work is the kind nobody notices.
