All jokes aside, we're so glad TSF Owners/Coaches were able to enjoy themselves at the Olympia at the end of September. You know them, though; they are back in action and ready to help you reach your goals in the best strength space in OKC! We'll see you this week!

Day 1 of investigation:

I feel that the size of The Strength Factory Relief 2500 is the appropriate size for the indentions in the pad however I feel that the weight would not be sufficient enough to cause the damage. Day one of investigation has concluded no positive results.

Investigation day 2 : results updated tomorrow 🫆

Spent 4 hours on a Sunday cleaning and re-arranging the gym. Of course I came in at 5:30 this morning to:

*benches moved and not put back,

*dumbbells all re-arranged,

*wood all over the floor from someone messing up one of the blocks

*damage to the Para- Bench (which if I find out who did that without them coming to me first you will no longer be a member.)

* blocks used as tripods and not put back in the case.

* but the leaving a DB on top of the electric box? Come on now.

Tyler, Whitney and myself have spent a lot of time and money to bring you all a great place with a great environment. Please show the us and the rest of the members the respect that 7 years in business has earned us.

The Strength Factory will have modified staffed hours September 24-26th while some of our athletes compete at Olympia!

Please note: This only affects our staffed hours. All members will still have their regular 24-hour gym access. 🔑

Modified Staffed Hours:

Monday–Wednesday: 9 AM–7 PM
Thursday: 9 AM–6 PM
Friday: 11 AM–5 PM
Saturday: 9 AM–Noon
