Timing changes everything on these labs!

Your levels change dramatically depending on where you are in your cycle.
Draw them at the wrong time and the numbers are basically meaningless.

The mood, the bloat, the breakouts before your period?
That’s not just PMS you have to live with.

Comment DEAL ⤵️

A lot of the time it’s estrogen your body isn’t clearing properly... when your gut and liver get sluggish, estrogen recirculates and you feel every bit of it.

That’s why I formulated DIM Elite to support healthy estrogen metabolism... steadier mood, clearer skin, less bloat.

Which one are you? 👇

Here's the thing: most people are a mix of more than one... and that's completely normal.

Most of what shows up on these tests has been building for years.

Recognizing your pattern is the difference between guessing and finally having a plan.

Which one sounds like you? Tell me in the comments!

You don't "look like" you have PCOS. So nobody checked. 😤

But PCOS doesn't always come with extra weight. There's a whole group of women with lean PCOS who look healthy on the outside and are struggling on the inside... irregular cycles, cystic acne, facial hair, exhaustion after meals.

They get waved off because they don't "look insulin resistant." Meanwhile their cortisol and insulin are sky-high and their body's stuck in survival mode.

Lean PCOS is real. And it deserves a real workup.

I'm an endocrinologist, and I don't care about your TSH.

I know that sounds crazy.

But I need you to hear something...

TSH is just a messenger. It doesn't tell me what's actually happening inside your cells.

What I care about is your Free T3, your Reverse T3, and how you feel.

If your folic acid is under 6 and you eat meat, you likely have MTHFR. 😳

And most doctors will glance right past it.

MTHFR means your body can’t metabolize folate properly… which wrecks your energy, your mood, your brain, and how you process your hormones. I see it constantly in women told their labs are “fine.”

Your gut and your hormones are having a conversation you can't hear. 🔄
And when one is off, the other follows. Every time.

Your thyroid, insulin, cortisol, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone... they all shape your microbiome, your digestion, and your energy. Which is exactly why you can "fix" one thing and still feel awful.

Because you were only treating one point on the circle.

Support the gut. Balance the hormones. Break the cycle.

Your symptoms matter. Period.

The right doctor doesn’t look at one “normal” lab result, ignore everything you’re experiencing, and call it a day.

If you want to better understand your symptoms and WHY they may be happening, I created a free library of videos that walks you through what could be going on in your body… so you can ask better questions, feel more informed, and know what to do next.

Your doctor is treating your thyroid off one number... from 2012 guidelines. 😳

TSH is unreliable. It shifts with time of day, age, and meds like metformin, statins, and birth control.

The truth from a board-certified endocrinologist: TSH is just a messenger. It says nothing about the active hormone getting into your cells.

So if you're on meds and still symptomatic with a suppressed TSH? That doesn't mean you're over-medicated. It can mean you're under-medicated.

Low Free T3 + symptoms = your body isn't getting what it needs.

You don't have diabetes, so you're fine." 😤

NO... you're not.

Comment CARE ⤵️

An insulin of 19 is not fine. It means insulin resistance... and left ignored, that's 10 to 15 years of quiet neglect before full-blown diabetes.

Your insulin climbs for years before your blood sugar ever does. So you gain weight, and gain weight, while your doctor says "but your glucose is normal."

Normal glucose ≠ healthy.

You deserve a provider who takes this seriously... who checks your CRP, thyroid, hormones, and micronutrients and finds the root cause.

The goal was never to wait until you're diabetic.
