Looking for a low-carb, high protein snack that is crunchy, just sweet enough and super satisfying? Grab a bag or two of our Crunchy Mom Granola nut clusters! We have two flavors year round: Chocolatey Almond Quinoa Clusters and Sesame Coconut Cashew Clusters! Both gluten free and dairy free/vegan and sweetened with coconut palm sugar. They make great toppings or everyday snack!
We will have three opportunities for you to see us this weekend: Friday night from 6-9 at Wheeler District night market, Saturday morning, I will be at the OKC Farmers Public Market from 9-2 and Mark Clark will be at the OAK OKC farmers market from 9-1!

It is too hot to cook! So instead of standing over the stove for breakfast, whip up a yogurt and granola bowl! My favorite combination is Berry Delicious Granola, made with strawberries, blueberries, almonds and sunflower kernels and sweetened with honey and maple, over plain or vanilla Greek yogurt topped with fresh berries! Grab a bag Friday night at Wheeler District Farmers Market from 6-9!

Come see us tomorrow morning at OAK OKC for their monthly farmers market in Heartwood Park from 9-1! We will have all the usual granolas and nut clusters, plus this weekend, I have made a few bags of Superhuman Granola for the first time this year! We are also bringing Sunrise Muffins, Honey Cinnamon Muffins and lots of bags Coconut Walnut Oatmeal Cookies! See you tomorrow!

Surprise! Tomorrow we will be at Wheeler District for their monthly night market! (We weren’t originally scheduled but we are so excited!) And for the first time this year, we are bringing back our Superhuman Granola that has undergone a few small tweaks since we last featured it! It’s a nutrient-dense granola of oats, walnuts, almonds, quinoa, flaxseed, cacao nibs and unsweetened cherries! See you tomorrow night!

Get ready! Tomorrow we will be at OAK OKC for their monthly farmers market from 9am- 1pm! We are bringing all the granolas, nut clusters and cookies, PLUS our favorite Sunrise Muffins, (aka Sweet Potato and Date Bran Muffins!) So don’t worry about breakfast, grab a muffin while you shop!
