Growth doesn’t always happen alone.

Sometimes the greatest shifts happen when we surround ourselves with people who are also willing to learn, question, practice, and become more conscious of how they move through life.

The Mastery of Consciousness class is a weekly space to explore self-development, strengthen foundational life skills, develop new qualities within yourself, and grow alongside a supportive community.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. Come curious. Come willing to learn. Come ready to participate.

✨ Weekly Class — Every Tuesday
📅 Starting October 6th
⏰ 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM
💛 $20 per class
📍 908 NW 12th St., Oklahoma City, OK

Please bring a pen or pencil and something to write on. Bring your questions and please arrive on time.

Some things don’t need to be figured out.

Sometimes, we just need enough quiet to hear what’s already within us.

Shamanic Drumming offers a space to step away from the outside world and follow the steady rhythm inward. There’s no expectation for what you should experience—only an invitation to be present, listen, and see where the journey takes you.

Come curious. Come tired. Come searching. Come exactly as you are.

Bring a journal and something comfortable to sit or lie on.

📅 Sunday, October 4th
⏰ 5:00pm - 6:30pm
📍 908 NW 12th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73106

Love donations are welcomed.
You’re also invited to bring a snack to share afterward.

09/28/2026

When was the last time you became quiet enough to truly listen?

Not to a conversation. Not to a screen. Not to everything demanding your attention.

To yourself.

Shamanic Drumming creates a space to turn inward through rhythm and intentional stillness. The drum becomes a steady companion as you explore whatever thoughts, images, feelings, or insights may arise.

There is nothing you need to accomplish and no particular experience you’re supposed to have. Simply come curious.

Bring a journal and something comfortable to sit or lie on.

Who are you becoming—and are you developing the qualities that will help you become that person?

Mastery of Consciousness is a weekly space to intentionally explore personal growth, self-awareness, teamwork, and foundational skills that can be applied throughout your life.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. Bring your curiosity. Bring your questions. Bring your willingness to learn.

Most importantly, come ready to grow alongside a community of people doing the same. ✨

There is a quiet place within you that is always there.

Beneath the thoughts, responsibilities, distractions, and movement of everyday life, there is stillness.

Come spend the evening breathing, listening, becoming present, and creating space for whatever your heart and mind may need.

Let the week behind you settle. Let the week ahead wait a little longer.

For now, simply be.

Date: Sunday, September 27th
Time: 5:30pm-7:00pm
Location: 908 NW 12th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73106
