Stay on top of the new OK laws surrounding our Medical Ma*****na program. What was ok yesterday, is considered illegal today.

🚨 Oklahoma Law Update – SB 786 🚨

Starting November 1, 2025, a new law takes effect in Oklahoma that changes how medical ma*****na can be used around vehicles.

Here’s what you need to know:

✅ It’s now illegal to use or inhale medical ma*****na (even second-hand) while driving on a public road.
✅ You also can’t have an open container of medical ma*****na in the passenger area of a moving vehicle.
✅ The “trauma care” fine increases from $100 to $250 for violations under this law.

🚗💨 Bottom line: If you’re behind the wheel, keep your meds sealed and wait until you’re home.
