New "Three Emperors" salve for all skin issues such as eczema, insect bites, poison ivy, heat rashes, etc. is in stock. I've been told that it provides arthritis relief as well. This is handmade with love from my Chinese herbs. My husband has also been using it on his equine clients as well for mouth sores, arthritis, and muscle tension.

Last evening’s first sound bath session was a beautiful success filled with peace, reflection, and healing energy. Together, we journeyed through a guided meditation focused on balancing the chakra system while creating space to quiet the outside world and truly listen to our inner selves. The soothing sounds and intentional breathing allowed everyone to relax deeply, reconnect spiritually, and embrace mindfulness in a gentle and supportive atmosphere. It was an inspiring experience to witness participants open their hearts, release tension, and leave feeling more grounded, centered, and renewed. I am incredibly grateful for everyone who attended and helped make this first sound bath such a meaningful and uplifting experience. Next session June 16th 5:45-6:30
