20 Years of Partnership. One Incredible Community. ❤️

For 20 years, Docs Who Care and Community Hospital Fairfax (CHF) have shared a commitment to something we believe deeply in: strong rural communities deserve access to excellent healthcare.

Our DWC team recently traveled to Fairfax, Missouri, to celebrate this incredible milestone with the CHF team. We were honored to present Ann Schlueter, CEO, with a special recognition award, along with a gift to support the Community Hospital Fairfax Foundation.

Joining Ann for the celebration were members of the CHF leadership team:

Community Hospital Fairfax is one of the finest examples of what a long-term rural healthcare partnership can accomplish. Located in a small community of just over 600 residents, CHF serves a much larger surrounding region of more than 10,000 people.

For two decades, Docs Who Care providers have been there to help care for this community—bringing their expertise, compassion, and commitment to patients who might otherwise face limited access to emergency care.
