Turns out being physical therapists doesn’t automatically make us good at every challenge... 🤷‍♀️🦐

The Shrimp Squat Challenge officially humbled Team ALPT. 😂

We prescribe strength and balance exercises all day long, but apparently we should’ve been following our own home exercise program. 💀

Looks like we need a little more “continuing education” before our next attempt. Who’s brave enough to challenge us again? 👀
