The Shred Challenge results are in and they are incredible! While there are no losers in a competition like this, we definitely had some people that soared!

Mark K saw the shred challenge, purchased our shred program, then one month later, won the shred competition! He explained that he was able to use the concept of "Is eating this food worth losing $500?" To power himself to victory!

Congratulations to all of our competitors and the health improvements we saw across the board!
