Enjoyed a professional career working with children and adults in various educational settings, most recently in the areas of research and media production. Hold deep interests and passion for yoga study/practice, music production /performance and holistic health. 200 hr Yoga certified, 60 hr Yin Yoga coursework completion, Sound Healing Practitioner certification. Merging sound healing instruments and yoga has been life changing for me and I find the greatest joy in sharing this with others!

Eleven years ago this month I found myself tucked away at Camp Hispaniola serving Haitian and DO children in the high, remote mountains of the Dominican Republic; lined w workers young and old cutting down sugar cane by hand w machetes in blazing hot fields and a community of people who had little in the way of material possessions. Yet they taught me the most valuable life lesson of all; and that is to look out for each other, and lend a hand whether it is for a friend, family, foe or neighbor. Distinctions did not seem to matter.
