🔥How to fuel your body for your workouts
💦Hydrate a few hours BEFORE your workouts so you do not have to guzzle during workouts
🧘♀️For low intensity exercise (walking, golf, stretching) it is not imperative you eat beforehand
🏃🏾♀️For higher intensity exercise it is critical you eat a balanced snack beforehand - think complex carb and a bit of protein/fat
🍽️After a high intensity/strength building workout try and eat 20g of protein within 90 minutes
💙 Recognize that when you work out you need to fuel your body... DO NOT fast especially if you are working hard.
