We have restocked the shelves at The Olive Branch Market and Globe Farm Store. We have plenty of Elderberry Syrup and Sweet Annie Tick and Mosquito Repellent in stock.

Also restocked tinctures: Oregano tincture - a new tincture made from fresh, organically grown Oregano. Studies show strong antibiotic and antimicrobial affects.
Cranesbill - for clobbering stomach bugs, taking care of gallbladder and other stomach concerns.
Bidens - the reason none of my family takes manmade antibiotics anymore.
Mullein - the classic expectorant and open airways herb.
Smooth Sumac - we use this as a throat spray because it’s soothing and antimicrobial.
Passionflower - for anxiety and pain relief.

I will be restocking the stores today! We have a couple of new products we are offering for summer (with more to come)!

Look for the new Sweet Annie Tick & Mosquito Repellent made from Artemisia annua, Cedarwood EO and Lemon Eucalyptus EO in a witch hazel base. Sweet Annie has been studied exhaustively and is one of the gold standard anti-parasitic herbs. Along with Cedarwood and Lemon Eucalyptus Essential Oils, it has been shown in studies to be effective against both ticks and mosquitos and a host of other bugs.

We also have the “new” Boo-Boos and Bug Bites which is essentially a slim, easy to carry bottle with a stainless steel roller of Plantain infused olive oil. Plantain is the classic drawing herb so few things are better for drawing the poison out of a bug bite or drawing out a splinter. But it is also anti-inflammatory so it also draws that burn or itch out. In addition, it contains antimicrobial properties to prevent infections.

And finally, I made up a couple of salves to take care of those summer scraped knees and elbows. Whatever you put on your skin, especially an open wound, you might as well put in your mouth because your skin is very absorbent. Both of these salves are completely organic and all natural. One is pure Calendula, which is the gold standard for herbal wound healing. The other is a mixture of Calendula and Plantain (as described above) and is great for wound healing and inflammation.
