Hello Nordic Walkers,
Hope all of you are doing well.
I am evaluating interest in group classes and Free community walks.

Moving forward until we move to phase 3 of covid19 Lockdown, classes and walks will have a limit of 4 students/participant. We will following the mandate of social distancing and masks for your safety. If you are interested in classes or community walks, please reach out to me as I’m coordinating future classes starting July. In The meantime I’m doing private lessons or completing classes that were interrupted. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello Nordic Walkers,
I hope all of you are finding some time to get out and walk. I love that I feel relaxed , peaceful and happy after a full body workout.

***Todays Tip:
Remember to support your pole lightly, no gripping necessary. The straps are made to support the pole. When on a uneven surface you need support the poles so that they do not bounce around.

I hope that you are safe and able to get out and get some exercise while social distancing. I’m fortunate to have a beautiful meadow nearby. Here is a video of my dear friend Nordic Walking the meadow.

***Reminder to take the rubber tips off your poles when walking on the dirt, gravel or slippery grass***
