Look at your family. Really look. 👁️

The way conflict gets handled, or avoided completely. The roles everyone quietly plays. Everybody is making choices—it does not matter whether it is a conscious or unconscious choice.

Now look at your own relationships and your own patterns.

Notice what feels eerily familiar...

➡️ What if it was never about finding something new?

What if it was about turning around and finally looking at what raised you? What lives in your blood, your bones, your body's oldest memories?

It doesn't mean you are judging anyone. It means having the courage to see honestly without justifying or making excuses for others' choices.

Your ancestors are not distant. They are not separate from you. 🧬

They are in the way you love, the way you fear, the way you brace for things that haven't even happened yet. They are in what you tolerate in life.

They are in your nervous system, quietly asking to be seen.

This is generational trauma, and it doesn't need to be found somewhere far away.

It needs to be faced, honoured, and healed. This work can be uncomfortable at times to truthfully face one’s unconscious patterns, but oh so liberating to break the chains that bind you to an outdated version of yourself that is ready to be free.

Distance Generational Healing® is how we do this work together, clearing what your bloodline has carried so it no longer carries you. 🔥

You don't need another external fix. You need to come home and embrace what's already inside you.

Trauma lives in the body. 🧬

This is why you can't think your way out of it. You can't outrun it, or positive affirmation your way past it.

➡️ You have to go to the source.

The pain your bloodline survived shapes you, starting in utero. Your mother's ancestral womb imprinted her unhealed trauma, and those who came before you.

This is generational trauma.

It keeps repeating until a conscious brave soul steps forward to recognize this, takes responsibility, sets aside blame, and takes ownership of tending and repairing the family lineage at the root.

And so begins an incredible journey of expanding one's spirituality and spiritual understanding of one's existence, cultivating a relationship with the land, ancestors, and the Earth in a sacred way.

These are the Olde Ways 💓

Distance Generational Healing®️ is a resource for releasing your inherited family trauma so that you don't have to re-live it.

Your bloodline brought you here. Now it's time to heal what was handed to you. You don't have to settle and accept it.

🔗 If you're ready to get in touch with your patterns that sabotage your peace and success, DM me "ancestors" to get the link to book or visit my link in bio.
