Most people try to start with supplements.

Or detoxes.
Or cutting out more foods.

But after looking at hundreds of HTMAs, blood labs, and health histories, I’ve found that the people who make the biggest improvements usually focus on the same foundational areas first:

✅Digestion
✅Blood sugar balance
✅ Mineral status
✅Gut motility
✅Nervous system regulation

Because your body doesn’t work in isolated systems.

👉Your hormones depend on minerals.
👉Your digestion depends on your nervous system.
👉Your energy depends on blood sugar balance.
👉Your gut depends on all of the above.

When these foundations are struggling, it can feel like you’re working harder and harder without getting the results you’re looking for.

Your stomach acid, digestive enzymes, bowel movements, gut lining, microbiome, and even inflammation levels all rely on minerals to function properly.

And here’s the cycle most people don’t realize:

Not pooping every day might be common…
but it’s not normal.

And more importantly—
it’s not harmless.

Because your body relies on regular bowel movements to:
→ eliminate toxins
→ clear out excess hormones (hello estrogen)
→ support your gut + nervous system

If things aren’t moving…
they’re sitting.

And when they sit?

They can be reabsorbed right back into the body.
✨ This is where symptoms start to build:
• Bloating
• Skin issues
• Hormonal imbalances
• Fatigue
• Feeling “off” for no clear reason

But here’s the part most people miss 👇

It’s not just about fiber, water, or taking something to “go.”

👉 It’s about minerals.
Because minerals are what actually drive motility:
• Magnesium helps relax the bowels

• Calcium balance impacts stool movement + consistency

But your body doesn’t work like that.
It doesn’t just need isolated nutrients…

It needs context.

It needs the cofactors, the enzymes, the synergy that only real food provides.
Because the truth is 👇

That carrot isn’t just “good for your eyes.”
That broccoli isn’t just “for detox.”
That onion isn’t just “flavor.”

They’re delivering layers of information your body knows exactly how to use.

What if your symptoms aren’t random…
and they’re not something you just have to “manage” forever?

What if they’re actually your body trying to tell you something?

Because here’s what I see all the time 👇

You’re doing all the “right” things—
eating better, trying supplements, cleaning up your routine…
…but you still feel off.

Anxious.
Tired but wired.
Hormones all over the place.
Skin acting up.

👉 And this is where minerals come in.
Copper is one of those minerals that gets completely misunderstood.
It’s not “bad.”

You actually need it.
But when copper isn’t being properly used by the body, it can start to build up in the tissues…

while still creating symptoms that feel like deficiency.
That’s where things get confusing.

Because it’s not always about how much you have—
it’s about how well your body can regulate and utilize it.
And copper doesn’t work alone…

It’s constantly interacting with:
• Zinc
• Iron
• Calcium
• Your liver + digestion
• Your nervous system
• Your hormones (especially estrogen)

So when one piece is off…
you start to feel it everywhere.
