Reservations are currently required as space is limited. All classes are 75 min, a series of 26 Hatha Yoga poses and 2 breathing exercises in the Bikram/Bishnu Ghosh Tradition. Designed to truly work the entire body, the Hot Yoga class is balanced, thorough and challenging. It is an exhilarating workout done in a room heated to 100 to 110 degrees, to help the muscles stretch safely, benefit the lu

ngs, and detoxify the body through sweating. Drop-ins of all levels are welcome at $17/drop- in class. And we offer many other packages to fit your needs. NOTE: Please bring a mat, large bath towel, and a large water bottle. Please come with an empty stomach and be well hydrated. Be prepared to work hard and sweat, but also be prepared to experience real change in your body and in your life. We look forward to having you!
