You keep telling yourself you’ll enroll in the “next cohort.”

But what if the thing you’ve been waiting for is actually permission to take yourself seriously?

You don’t need to have every part of your own health journey figured out before you become an NTP.

In fact, your own journey can deepen the way you understand, connect with, and support your future clients.

And right now, there’s never been a better time to take that next step.

During our Heal Yourself Labor Day Sale, you’ll save $1,700 on NTP tuition.
PLUS, the first 10 people to enroll will receive:
✨ A Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) to uncover foundational patterns and create a personalized starting point
✨ A 45-minute 1:1 consultation with our Lead NTP to walk through your results and experience the personalized, root-cause approach firsthand

You’ll get to experience the same kind of work you’ll learn to facilitate for your future clients: looking beyond symptoms, connecting the dots, and creating a more personalized path forward.

So… are you still waiting for “the right time”?

Or is it time to stop playing small?

Being an NTP isn’t just about knowing a lot about nutrition.

It’s about being curious enough to ask why, open-minded enough to keep learning, and genuinely interested in helping people understand their health on a deeper level.

And if you’re an NTP, you probably recognized yourself in at least a few of these.

NTP grads: which characteristic would you add to the list? Drop it in the comments.

Thinking about becoming an NTP? Our October 2026 NTP program is currently $1,900 off tuition through today, August 31st!

Comment ENROLL and we’ll send you the program details.

NTP graduate Nolan // Women’s Health + Nutrition shares “I spent years thinking that getting healthier meant finding the next thing to eliminate, restrict, or avoid.

Eventually, I realized I was looking at health completely backwards.

Instead of constantly asking, “What do I need to remove?”
I started asking, “What does my body need more of?”

More nourishment.
More hydration.
More sleep.
More movement.
More sunlight.

This mindset shift completely changed the way I approach my health.”

True health always comes back to the foundations:
A nutrient-dense diet
Digestion
Blood sugar regulation
Sleep
Stress

When these systems are supported, the body has what it needs to function, adapt, and heal.

It’s never just one piece. It’s the whole picture working together.

If you’re constantly thinking about your next snack, craving something even after you’ve eaten, or feeling like you have to use every ounce of willpower around food, the answer probably isn’t to become stricter with yourself.

Start by asking a better question:

“What is my body trying to tell me?”

Food noise can be influenced by how much you’re eating, how consistently you’re eating, your sleep, stress levels, hydration, and even the rules you’ve created around food.

You don’t need more guilt. You need more information.

Save this for your next “why am I thinking about food AGAIN?” moment, and follow Nutritional Therapy Association for more practical nutrition education.
