Whew… there’s a LOT of information floating around out there right now — and honestly, a lot of confusion too. 😅

As a registered dietitian, I still believe nutrition and lifestyle are the foundation (yes, protein and vegetables still matter, sorry friends 😂), but sometimes clients are looking for additional tools and support for things like energy, recovery, weight management, body composition, and overall wellness optimization.
