Whew. These women brought the heat tonight. 🔥

We even had Wendy back in class after almost 9 months away recovering from an ACL and meniscus tear. Seeing her back in the room made my heart so happy.

One of my favorite things about Athena is the community. These women show up for themselves and for each other week after week, and it never goes unnoticed.

Feeling grateful. Cup filled. ❤️✨

Honestly, if stress had a hairstyle, I think this might be it.

Every pipe cleaner is a thought, responsibility, worry, task, or thing I’m trying to remember.

Work.
Family.
To-do lists.
What’s for dinner?

The good news?

Movement has a way of helping us untangle some of the mental knots.

What I hear after class is rarely about yoga poses.

It’s not:

“My alignment was perfect.”

Or:

“I finally mastered that pose.”

What I hear is:

✨ “I needed that.”

✨ “That felt like a reset.”

✨ “I feel so much better.”

✨ “That was a lot of release.”

And honestly, I think that’s the whole point.

OMnia isn’t about becoming someone you’re not.

It’s about letting go of the stress, pressure, and mental noise you’ve been carrying so you can feel more like yourself again.

Move. Breathe. Release.

Leave feeling lighter than when you walked in. ❤️
