Our CNAs are the heart of compassionate care. Whether assisting patients with daily activities, offering comfort during difficult moments, or simply providing a reassuring smile, hug or holding a hand, they make a difference every single day.

Their dedication, kindness, and commitment help our patients maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life. We are grateful for all they do and the countless lives they touch.

Yesterday the staff of HHCP and Hospice learned the art of self-defense. The onsite training was led by led by Tsunami. The first rule was never to be a victim. And, if we are targeted we're ready to defend ourselves 💪 fight back or flee to safety.

Today we salute Nicole 'Wally' Wall, HHCPs Clinical Supervisor, as she celebrates a half century of pure awesomeness 😎. She is indeed aged to perfection like a fine 🍷 wine. Nicole is That awesome coworker, friend, mom and nurse who truly makes the world a better place everyday.

As Skilled Nursing Facility Week 2026 draws to a close here are some photos of the fun we've had over past week celebrating our partners who work so hard every day taking care of our loved ones. it’s nice to spend time celebrating these amazing people who make their respective facilities feel like home to our loved ones. Again special thanks to our partners for inviting us to be part of their celebrations Dunmore Health Care Center Carbondalle Nursing and Rehab and Midvalley Health Care Center where HHCP and Hospice brought Rita's Italian Ice, door prizes, give aways and a whole lot of 😊 fun.

As HHCP continues to celebrate 30 years sinceMaria first opened our doors in service to our area seniors. This week we're celebrating Nurses Week 2026 with a shout out to the best of the best nurses in the business. Today staff came in to get their appreciation gifts, update their staff ID badge photos and and cards from Maria. The week will draw to a close with a thank you lunch on Friday!

We couldn't do it without our nurses. These talented, hardworking, compassionate caring and committed nurses. Thank you so much for all you do all year long!
