The mission of Evergreen Wellness Collaborative is to provide holistic care through an integrative approach by professionals sharing resources, knowledge, and information to improve client wellbeing. It is our belief that licensed professionals across multiple disciplines working together provide better holistic care for clients than if each professional were to practice separately. Each professio

nal operates their own practice while collaborating with other professionals within the Evergreen community. This allows our practitioners to support each other while maintaining their unique style, perspective, and profession. It also allows for practitioners the ability to refer within the collaborative.
