Kim's Yoga Yoga classes Welcome to Kim’s Yoga at the Yoga Path! Classes are designed to provide appropriate challenge with options to modify for just about any body.

Kim’s background includes her 500-hour yoga certification through Prajna Yoga in Santa Fe, New Mexico and over a decade of teaching experience. Classes are welcoming and inclusive, with students ranging from 20-year-olds looking to add some activity to their lives to 70-year-olds looking to maintain strength and mobility as they age. As a full time lecturer in the English Department at the Univers

ity of Nebraska – Omaha, Kim weaves in yoga philosophy through a combination of poetry and story, and emphasizes the importance of a healthy sense of humor, curiosity, and alignment, while encouraging students to find an appropriate level of challenge in their practice.

I don't know how many of my Amigos friends (redundant?) are on here, but Jerry Parriott passed away recently. Sadly, I'm out of town the day of his celebration of life, but we should plan some get-together this summer to reunion and share Jerry stories!
