I have been searching for some quick & easy protein shakes for on the go that are affordable outside of Equate and Premier protein for days that I dont have time to make my own protein shakes. I spotted these today(they have been around for awhile but the price is what grabbed my attention) and I am looking forward to trying these Alani protein shakes. I ordered all three flavors to try. 30g of protein & 140-160 calories per bottle as well as 3g fiber. Walmart has them $6.97 per 4 pack= $20.91 for a 12 pack which is a GREAT deal! Alani's website is currently sold out of all flavors and Amazon has them listed at $36+ for a 12 pack.

When compared to premier protein, Alani protein drinks have additional fiber that premier protein does not contain and Alani has a "slightly cleaner ingredient list"- per AI 😉

Just a reminder these protein drinks should be treated as SUPPLEMENTS rather than whole food meal replacements. 💜

I often listen to chatter around me but don't respond because it's very obvious when people are set in their own mindset.

However, if you have heard "you will be on that GLP forever" maybe you need to hear me say "no, you don't."

If someone ever tells you that a medication (aside from critical lifesaving meds) is lifelong, please take what they say with a grain of salt.
