We asked Michael what his holy grail product was, and he chose the LovelySkin LUXE Clarifying Gel Cleanser: “I was introduced to this product about a year ago, and it has worked well for my skin. It keeps my skin balanced without feeling oily or overly dry, and it doesn’t affect my facial hair like some other products I’ve used. I plan to continue using it long term.”

Outside of work, Michael’s favorite hobby is spending time with his three kids under five: “Most of my time outside of work is spent with them, which is perfect. We live in a small town at the southern tip of Nebraska and spend a lot of time at playgrounds, building with Magna-Tiles, and reading all the children's books.”
