✨This Sound Bowl Thursday will be dedicated to Michelle’s dad, who took his own life on April 28th, 2024.

✨We are holding space for grief in all its forms—the quiet, the overwhelming, and everything in between.

✨Together, we will gently lift up the weight of depression, trauma, PTSD, and the unseen battles we and our loved ones carry. This will be a time to go inward with compassion—meeting our younger selves, our insecurities, and the patterns that have shaped us—with grace, love, and healing intention.

✨You are not alone in what you carry. Come as you are, and if you feel led, bring someone with you. We all need deeper love, prayer, and hope—anchored in the peace of Jesus and the promise of the Kingdom of Heaven.
