HDM has proudly supported Nebraska Children’s Home Society since the last century. For Owner & Founder Lisa Lechowicz, this partnership is especially meaningful, as she began her own adoption journey with NCHS.

Since 1893, NCHS has supported children and families across Nebraska through adoption support, pregnancy support, kinship care, young parent support, early childhood education, and more.

Over the years, HDM has been a Santa to NCHS families and has also provided major funding for the new facility in Omaha.

This summer, NCHS is hosting Lace Up to Learn, helping provide new shoes for kids as they head back to school.

At HDM, we understand what it means when revenue disappears unexpectedly.

After COVID, HDM lost a $3 million contract overnight. It affected more than just the business — it impacted a team of 50+ people and forced us to rethink how we could continue serving others.

That moment became part of our third lift.
