Open position: Work Site and Industry Staff at ENCOR:

ENCOR provides special needs adults the opportunity and instruction necessary for them to be as responsible as possible for activities that occur in their own life.

The WSI staff will work with persons served by ENCOR in developing skills in socialization, communication, and work habits at a job site.

Must have a high school diploma or GED and must meet a 70 pound lifting requirement. A driver’s license in good standing (2 or less moving violations in the last 5 years and no DUI’s), car and car insurance is required.

Provide skilled professional nursing care, a normalized routine of daily living and activities, and a fun home like environment to persons living in a residential home. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care of individuals served. State of Nebraska licensed LPN required. Open position: The Grounds Maintenance Crew Leader: responsible for maintaining lawn and landscape maintenance and the training and teaching of skills required to complete maintenance projects and positive work habits. Will direct a small crew to provide lawn and landscaping services. Will work with the persons served by ENCOR to help learn the lawn and landscaping trade.

1 year lawn and landscaping experience preferred.
