You’re in the middle of the hardest job there is, and I know it feels overwhelming at times.

But remember, every moment of love, care, and sacrifice is shaping a lifelong bond with your baby.

Which type of Dad will your partner be?
Or which type were they?

I’ve seen ALL these scenarios!

The uncomfortable Dad that just doesn’t know what to do.
The absent/working dad-who doesn’t have any time off from work.

The sleepy dad who is watching his partner feed their baby and dozed off.

The overly involved Dad where I have to ask if I can
SQUEEZE in to check the latch-yep it’s happened!

And my favorite-the Dad who is taking notes, asking questions and making sure his partner feels comfortable.

AND bonus points if Dad asks what they can do to support Mom!!

This tells me she’s already thinking ahead-and that changes everything!

Because here’s what most moms are told:
“Just wait and see how it goes.”

When introducing a bottle to a breastfed baby, a slow-flow ni**le is often a great place to start.

This allows baby to control the flow more like they do at the breast, encourages a slower pace, and can help support a smoother transition between breast and bottle.

A faster flow may seem easier, but it can sometimes create more issues.

Follow your baby’s lead, they will let you know when it’s time to move up in bottle size. 😉

Parents don’t hesitate to invest in beautiful memories, high-end gear, or “just-in-case” baby gadgets…
