😮💨Your breath is something you’ve been doing since the moment you arrived here… yet when brought into conscious awareness, it can become one of the most powerful tools for transformation. The breath is both simple and incredibly complex, holding the ability to shift our energy, calm anxious thoughts, regulate the nervous system, increase focus, and reconnect us to the present moment. Within each style and rhythm of breathing lives a different key, opening the body and mind in unique ways.
🫁In this workshop, we will explore practical breathing techniques that you can take into everyday life as supportive tools for grounding, emotional regulation, relaxation, energy clearing, nervous system support, and inner connection.
🎶We will also discuss how sound and frequency can affect the body, mind, and nervous system, and how vibration can support relaxation, awareness, and restoration.
You will receive a take-home handout filled with simple practices and supportive tools so you can continue integrating them into your daily life long after the workshop ends.
Together, we’ll experience guided breathing exercises and intentional breath patterns before gradually transitioning into a deeply restorative sound bath. The breath will become the bridge into relaxation as you are gently guided into the sound experience, allowing the body to soften, settle, and receive on a deeper level.
