Hey everyone!
We just wanted to take a minute and talk about craft nights with you. There’s been growing frustration with the experience of buying tickets to our events. With our limited spacing, we’re only able to host 25 people (30 if it’s a SQUEEZE) in our shop, while still insuring everyone has room to move around. Unfortunately, that narrows down the amount of people able to attend.
Our ticket sales, with your support, have been selling out FAST. We’re talking within two minutes. We wish there was a more fair way to sell these tickets, and know that a lot of you have had them pulled from your cart because someone else snagged them. We sincerely apologize that this is happening, but unfortunately are unable to change the way we sell tickets at this time.
As always, there’s a standby list and we would be more than happy to put you on it if you shoot us a message. We’ve had cancellations in the past and gone on to re-sell these tickets to the next in line.
If you’re on our page, you may see people claiming to sell tickets to our events. Please know these are SCAMMERS, and that none of them have been confirmed on our attendees lists. Our tickets are non-transferable and with that we do our best to delete/block these comments on our shop page. NEVER buy from one of these people.
Moving forward, we hope to offer repeat nights with enough interest, and will do what we can to find an easier way for people to secure tickets. Please note: our ticket links will ALWAYS be posted at 1 PM CDT the day of on both our page and Instagram story.
Again, we truly appreciate all of the support we’ve had for these events and always try to be transparent about how quickly we anticipate said event to sell out. Our more popular titles, (book binding/Heated Rivalry/LOTR) sell out in less than a minute. While we value everyone who’s able to attend, we also feel for those frustrated with this experience.
If you’d like to have us host specific repeat events, please leave a comment below. We value your feedback and your continued support as we navigate the dos/donts of hosting these events moving forward and hope to see new faces through our door in the future.
