Turning 39 and reflecting on how one year ago, I was the best kept secret.
And not in a good way.

I had been doing this work for years…
changing lives quietly…
while hiding from the very people I was meant to serve.

This year, I decided that stops.

I showed up.
I named the ASCEND Method.
I stopped trying to make it make sense to everyone else
and started building what I knew I was meant to.

This year wasn’t about perfection.
It was about alignment.

And from that place, everything started to expand.

In my 38th year, I stepped into visibility.
In my 39th, I step onto bigger stages.

And I have a feeling this is just the beginning.

Not everything I do shows up on a client chart.

I moderate a practitioner forum inside the IAFHH community dedicated to the human side of client work.

How to explain complex labs in plain language. How to navigate resistance, setbacks, and slow progress. How to actually speak to the woman sitting across from you not just her symptoms.

Because knowing what to do is only half the work you do as a practitioner the other half is knowing how to say it, so she hears it, believes it, and does something about it.
That's the standard I hold in my own practice. And it's what I help other practitioners grow into.
