A session is just this on a deeper level with intention and guidance and deep relaxation and rest. What is always recommended to heal illness and injury? REST! Give your body what it naturally and desperately needs. Schedule a session.

when the world comes crashing at your feet
it’s ok to let others help pick up the pieces
If we’re present to take part in your happiness
when your circumstances are great
we are more than capable of sharing your pain.
