Evenings after 3 pm are booking several weeks out. Please give me a 24 hour notice of canceling so I can offer someone else the spot, or arrange my own dinner plans/childcare/doggydaycare/work schedule.
No call no shows or cancels within 3 hours of your appointment are charged 100% of the missed service.
Family emergencies or sudden illness isn't charged.
Hi everyone! I wanted to share a few reminders.
I do not have online booking because if I set it up, it would be incredibly hard to find a spot. I'm more able to work people in if I have a gap or empty slot than a computer would be. You can book your appointment by messaging me, calling me, or texting. Most of my clients book their next 1-3 sessions in person which is welcomed.
My evening slots get taken up quick, right now they are booking over 1.5 month out for an evening spot, so I always say to book ahead to ensure getting in when you need to!
If you do have to book out far, don't worry-time goes by fast. It will be here before you know it and you'll be glad you scheduled some time for yourself.
Lastly, please remember to give me at least 24 hours notice for a cancelation or reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee.
Giving me 24 hours+ heads up allows for me to arrange my dinner plans, childcare, and doggy daycare properly. I may have several people who want your time slot so I like to be able to offer an opening as soon as I know you cannot make it.
