608 Wellness & Skin Co. is growing, and we’re looking for a Medical Assistant / Client Experience Coordinator to join our team!

This role is a mix of client experience, front desk support, and clinical support — perfect for someone who loves people, is organized, takes initiative, and enjoys working in a wellness-focused environment.

What you’ll do:
• Greet clients + create an amazing experience from the moment they walk in
• Answer phones, texts + assist with scheduling
• Help with client check-ins and follow-ups
• Manage supplies + keep the clinic organized
• Assist with day-to-day clinic flow
• Light cleaning + room turnover
• Clean the sauna and red light therapy unit
• Assist with light laundry
• Cross-train to assist with in-clinic injections and clinical services within scope

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, warm, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable jumping in wherever needed.

Medical Assistant or LPN experience REQUIRED.
20-25 hours per week
Accepting applications through 9/20
